2. Price Accuracy & Retailer Disclaimers

PriceWatch provides automated multi-store price comparisons, coupons, and historical price charts for informational purposes only. While our algorithms update prices regularly:

• Retailers frequently adjust lightning deals, flash sales, shipping charges, and taxes without notice.
• The price, availability, and promotional terms displayed at the retailer's final checkout page always take precedence.
• PriceWatch does not sell products directly and is not a merchant of record. All purchases are executed on external third-party sites (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Croma).

3. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All software, visual interface elements, logos, and algorithms developed for PriceWatch are the intellectual property of Winplaybox.

Third-party trademarks, logos, brand names, and product images (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Apple, Samsung, Sony, Croma, etc.) belong strictly to their respective owners and are used on PriceWatch solely for descriptive and comparative purposes under fair use.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, reverse engineer, or decompile the Chrome extension code or internal backend APIs.
• Launch Denial-of-Service attacks or flood the automated scraping endpoints.
• Use PriceWatch for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winplaybox and PriceWatch will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from price inaccuracies, out-of-stock items, expired coupons, or merchant delivery failures.
